Shipping Policy

Kayaks - We do not ship new or used kayaks/standup paddleboards. Kayaks can only be picked up at either store location.

We will be in contact with you as soon as possible to confirm the store and time of arrival.

If you want it shipped, you can contact a transport company directly to make arrangements.We will be happy to package the kayak for transport.

We may offer local delivery of kayaks by arrangement; please contact us for a quote.



Retail orders

(other than kayaks and standup paddleboards) will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

You will receive a notification that we have received your order, and a notification when a label has been created with the tracking # for the carrier of your choice.

If the item is not in stock, you will be notified of the backorder status within 24 hours.

We ship physical products within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

We do not ship International orders.
